Highlands Building is a Bespoke Residential Building + Design Company, located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

The Director and owner, Ben Davis leads a dynamic team of highly qualified Foreman, Carpenters and Tradesmen offering a range of Residential Construction & Design Services. Highlands works closely with their clients from start to finish on their Projects, from large scale Architecturally Designed Homes, through to smaller Fitouts and Extensions.

Highlands provides clients with the option of Fixed or Cost Plus Quotes, as well as HIA Standard Contracts & Comprehensive Insurances, giving the client assurance and control throughout their projects.

The Highlands approach to every job is simple, reputation and integrity comes first. Highlands upholds these values by working closely with their clients, going above and beyond to be collaborative and transparent.
